1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of MOC Community on iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms, our Community Guidelines below, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
iOS only: If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your iOS app license. It does not apply to the Android app. You can read the Apple Standard EULA.
2. Membership and accounts
MOC Community is an invite-only platform for people aged 18 or older. Keep your account details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and do not share access with anyone else. We may revoke invitations or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
3. Community Guidelines
MOC Community prohibits objectionable content, harassment, and abuse in posts, comments, messages, profiles, and other member contributions.
- Post defamatory, abusive, offensive, harassing, obscene, or threatening content.
- Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks against other members.
- Upload copyrighted, unlawful, or unauthorized materials.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited solicitations, or fraudulent investment pitches.
- Create, upload, share, or solicit child sexual abuse material, or engage in child sexual abuse or exploitation.
We may remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive behavior.
4. Content moderation and reporting
To ensure a safe environment for all members:
- In-App Reporting: Any member can report objectionable posts, comments, or messages by tapping “Report”. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action where appropriate.
- Member Blocking: Any member can immediately block another user. Blocked users can no longer communicate with you through the app.
5. Funding and investment discussions
MOC does not verify opportunities or facilitate investments. Use community discussions for advice, introductions, feedback, or expressions of interest only. Members should independently evaluate any opportunity before making a decision.
